Support Terms of Serice - for granting assistance through Airshowinfo.hu.

Introductory provisions

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions - hereafter referred to as GTCs - include the terms of the Airshowinfo.hu Online Media Supported Beneficiary, hereinafter referred to as "the Beneficiary", and the persons who, through clicking on this site, grant cash benefits to the Beneficiary at the expense of their own assets (Beneficiary and Sponsor collectively referred to as "the Parties").

1.2. It is recorded that the Beneficiary's long-term goal is to maintain and operate the professional portal called airshowinfo.hu. Airshowinfo.hu is the information portal for airplanes and most importantly about airplanes, and aims to inform visitors about the most popular events in one place.

1.3. It is recorded that the Beneficiary has created and maintains a Website for the implementation of Community funding (https://airshowinfo.eu/donations/support-our-work/), which provides a framework for 3.5. for the operation of the forms of financing specified in point.

1.4. The Parties hereby agree that the Website is maintained by the Beneficiary and shall be fully responsible for its operation.

The conclusion of the contract

2.1. For the grant agreement, it is necessary for the Sponsor to provide financial support to the Beneficiary on any of the support options outlined on the Site.

2.2. The Sponsor expresses the Beneficiary's intention to support the Beneficiary at the expense of his or her own property at the expense of his or her own.

2.3. Once the data has been provided, the Terms and Conditions of the Redemption in this document will be published on the Site, which, following acceptance by the Sponsor, will be concluded without any further act between the Sponsor and the Beneficiary, and the Beneficiary declares that the support is accepted.

Subject and content of the contract

Use of the grant

The Beneficiary shall notify the Sponsor of the amount of funds collected through the Website at least once per calendar year, which information must be sufficient to meet the requirement of transparency.

The Parties acknowledge that the acceptance of the GCC by the Sponsor in accordance with Act CXII of 2011 on the right to information self-determination and freedom of information, (1) (a) of the Act on the Beneficiary, so that the Beneficiary is entitled to manage the data transferred to the Beneficiary by the Grantee or otherwise in the process of the grant, within the legal framework. It will be recorded that no data is transmitted in this context. The details of the data management are contained in the data management prospectus. The Beneficiary does not handle data related to the payment method (eg bank card number, account number, etc.).

Termination of the contract.

6.1. The contract will terminate by completing it.

6.2. The Contracting Parties hereby declare that this Grant Agreement may only be terminated, refused or denied in the event of a serious breach by the other party.

6.3. Serious breach of contract, among other things, is the use contrary to the purpose of the aid.

Cancellation of the right of recourse

The Contracting Parties declare that the Sponsor expressly renounces the right to reclaim the civil rights in connection with the grant without conditions and limitations.

Issues not governed by this GTC shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and the general rules of gifting.
The Sponsor acknowledges that the support provided under this contract is not a public interest donation.
