Volker Thum is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the German Aerospace Industry Association (BDLI), recently gave an interview to aerobuzz.de, where he was asked to give some info about the ILA Berlin participants, that is known at the moment. He gave some interesting info:

Lockheed Martin hat angekündigt, die CH-53K nach Berlin zu bringen. Das ist eine Weltpremiere. Der Hersteller will auch die F-35 Lightning II und die C-130J Super Hercules auf der ILA im Flug zeigen. Kawasaki wird sein Transportflugzeug C-2 und den Seeaufklärer P-1 zeigen. Airbus hat zugesagt, das Erprobungsflugzeug A340 BLADE nach Berlin zu bringen.
What highlights can visitors expect?
Lockheed Martin has announced to bring the CH-53K to Berlin. This is a world premiere. The manufacturer also wants to show the F-35 Lightning II and the C-130J Super Hercules at the ILA in flight. Kawasaki will show his C-2 transport aircraft and the P-1 sea reconnaissance aircraft. Airbus has agreed to bring the test aircraft A340 BLADE to Berlin.
ILA Berlin will take place from 25 to 29 April 2018
