According to the info on forum.scramble.nl, TaktLwG 74 had to cancel their participation:
“We can not participate this year for various reasons unfortunately as planned at this year’s NTM!
If there are more news, we will inform you in a timely manner.
We can not, of course, say anything about the exact reasons.
We plan however possibly over the second weekend with a small delegation the NTM 2017 to visit.”
