This week, the 25th edition of the Czech International Air Fest took place at Hradec Kralove airport. According to the organizers, there were approximately 40 aircrafts participating in the event, which meant the significant drop comparing the 2017 edition of CIAF.
Due to severe weather conditions on Saturday, only 2,000 visitors arrived at the event area and also the airshow programme was markedly shortened. The weather cleared on Sunday and the organizers were reporting 10,000 visitors that day.
In this short, first report from the event, we would like to share some photos taken during the Friday arrivals to CIAF and some rehearsal flights performed that day.
